The Pampered Pups (May) Blog Train for Mental Health Awareness

May is Mental Health Awareness month
and the Pampered Pups blog train have come together to bring you some lovely goodies to help raise awareness to a very sad and tragic issue. Mental health is something very important to every one of us in nurturing our self care. Just because it can't be seen does not make it any less an illness to those that battle daily with this very debilitating affliction. So it is important that we all take steps to look after our own self care to keep ourselves "safe".

"Beyond Blue" is my latest collection which will be in stores this week, and in with my Terms of Use I have included some important numbers should you need to talk to someone. I will also list them below for you, should you need them. I have included numbers from Australia, UK and the US.

My part is a sampler pack of my collection.
Just click on the preview above to download.
As always, my freebies are limited to the month of release.

Now on with the blog train...
