Mo-vember Quickpages!

Check out these awesome quickpage layouts featuring my very young hubby some 27 years ago and my "Mo-vember" quickpages!  These Quickpages are available for purchase at My Memories individually or at The Digital Scrapbook Shop and Wilma4ever in a bundle.  They are perfect to showcase your favourite memories of the men and/or boys in your life.

These pages feature my hubby some 27 years ago, with top doorslammer legend Victor Bray in Mildura (2011), at an awards night for work (2011), himself as a boy blowing out his candles for his 4th birthday and with his firstborn son 27 years ago.

Whilst these are Movember Quickpages, they are perfect for any male memories whatever they may be!  Also featured is one of my Movember Word Arts, available for purchase in the Word Art pack, also in stores.

25th November is White Ribbon Day!

25th November is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and what has become more commonly known as WHITE RIBBON DAY.

What is White Ribbon Day?
White Ribbon Day is inspired by The White Ribbon Pledge lead by men who campaign to stop domestic violence against women.  Women might be the primary victims of this type of assault, but there is no reason why men can’t take a share of the responsibility in putting an end to it.
Statistics show that one in six women of reported domestic violence by a current or ex-partner (including both physical and emotional violence and abuse) were male and now one in three two women in Australia are killed by a partner every week.  But what does wearing a white ribbon really mean? It says loud and clear that you will never condone, take part in or remain silent about domestic abuse against women.
This year alone in Australia, the amount of women who have died at the hand of their partners or ex-partners has been nothing short of horrific. One of the worst we've seen yet. And today is a day we stand up and recognise that violence towards women MUST stop!  For more information, go to http://whiteribbonday.org.au/

My collection simply titled "White Ribbon Day" is in recognition of those who have lived with or are living with domestic violence. A stunning kit in simple black and white tones, it is filled with gorgeous elements to suit any need.

Also available are:
5 quickpages
5 clusters (+ bonus extras)
18 word arts (9 black, 9 white)

Each product is available individually or in a bundle, which can be purchased for a reduced price.

Mo-vember Collection!

"Mo-vember" is a worldwide movement in recognition of men's health, where men all over grow beards or moustaches in silent support. As masculine as it gets, this kit is a perfect tribute to those men in your life.

At the 11th Hour of the 11th Day of the 11th Month...

At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month...we will remember them.

While that is usually spoken of the men and women who served, many often forget the animals that also served...many of them never returning home - killed in service or euthanised at the end of the war. This is for them.

Some call it Remembrance Day, some call it Armistice Day, some call it Veterans Day. Whatever the name, the sentiment is the same. It is 99 years since the ceasefire ending the First World War. It is a day we stop at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month for a minute's silence to remember the fallen that never came home. But many forget the animals that went to war and never returned.
"Purple Poppies" remembers those animals and pays tribute to them - today and every day.

Available individually or as a complete collection! Take a closer look below...

This collection is available in all my stores -

Let's take a closer look at the papers, quickpages and the collection itself!

we will remember them."

R U OK? in Store NOW!

R U OK? is my latest mini collection including both the combo and the word art in the main product, honouring R U OK? Day held the second Thursday of September every year.
This year it is 14th September

R U OK? Day was an initiative of one man who battled with thoughts of suicide, his own father having taken his own life when he was younger. The idea behind the initiative was to start a conversation with someone, ask R U OK? and that a conversation could change a life. It coincides with Suicide Prevention Week which runs the second week of September, with world Suicide Prevention Day falling at the beginning. Gavin Larkin was the man behind the birth of R U OK Day who sadly passed away of bone cancer after their third R U OK? campaign. This pack is for him and all those who battle daily....who need someone to just stop and say R U OK?

So the MINI collection includes:
55 elements
17 papers
22 word arts

While the word arts resemble the official R U OK? trademark, they are actually created by me to match with a variety of fonts and shapes.

So let's take a closer look. Remember you can click on each of the previews to go to the product in store.

*NEW* Rainbow Bridge Collection @ My Memories!

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

A very special and wonderful tribute to our fur babies who are no longer with us, this collection is very close to my heart and took me a long time to complete it as it always made me rather emotional...particularly as it features two of my own angel fur babies. This collection is perfect to scrap those loving memories of your fur babies who have gone to the Bridge, leaving pawprints on your heart forever.

So what do you get in this collection?
88 elements
12 papers
6 quickpages (+ bonus extras)
71 clusters
24 word arts

There is also a mini kit available FREE for a limited time afterwhich it will be available for purchase. It isn't included in the collection as it wouldn't fit with the collection already being so large.

Let's take a closer look. Remember you can click on any preview to go to that product in store.
